When customer orders products with different preparing time, option for the longest lead-time to show at checkout for all products. So the rule with longest time overrides the rule for the products with the shortest time in the cart, checkout and email.

If you are on Shopify Plus, this can be achieved using our feature - ETA Checkout UI Extension, which allows modifying the checkout experience to display the longest lead time dynamically.
However, since you are not on Shopify Plus, checkout customization is much more technically limited by Shopify, and unfortunately, we cannot meet your need in the checkout process. At the moment, the estimated delivery date follows the rule settings without overriding for the longest lead-time across products.
We understand the importance of this feature and will continue to monitor updates from Shopify that may enable more flexibility in the future. Stay tuned for upcoming improvements!
